Everybody can feel lonely. But there is a difference in being alone and feeling lonely. Being alone means that you are being by oneself without others. While loneliness is a different thing. Well, being lonely is normal but too much loneliness can be dangerous. There are studies that said that it could lead to sickness and even physical problem. There are things that can fight loneliness and it will make your life better and healthier. 1. Take a Walk and Shop Walking is proven to offer many health benefit both for the mind and physical. Just by walking around in your neighborhood will help you to fight loneliness. Some people especially women finds shopping helps to reduce their stress. By walking around and shop, you will feel more involved with the things around you like people in the streets, beautiful store front and etc. 2. Get a Pet and Dress Up! Getting a pet will help you fight loneliness. Study says that having a pet can help you reduce pressure, anxiety and can be a cure for depression. Having a pet can give you a friend a loyal companion for you so you will not feel lonely. You can play with your pet and interact with them or even put a costume and did fashion on them. I saw a lot of people doing this for fun and it makes the surroundings happy and sometimes interact with you and your pet, you can make new friends. 3. Grab a cup of coffee Coffee is known as drink that could reduce stress. With a cup of coffee we could be connected with the society, talk to other people. Having friends virtually in social media is not a way to fight loneliness. If you think that having friends in the social media and in real life is the same, you are completely wrong! Try talking to people around you when you are outside. Asking questions or just greeting people. These will help you to connect with people and maybe you can find a friend that has the same interest with you in life.
